A historic bar tucked in the hills of Northern Kentucky, in operation since 1865..

SINCE 1865

In 1865, a group of German farmers settled in Northern Kentucky.

They built stone-houses and made bricks out of the clay dug from the creek across the street.

They used the bricks to build a Church at the top of the hill. And with what was left over - they used to build a bar.

PART TAVERN. PART CHURCH.

Here's to the ghosts of our fathers,
bonded by blood, baptized in beer, and bound over bourbon.
It's our time to make history.
